Change nr without applying for simswap

My mother - Mrs Wessels - is using a prepaid Vodacom number and without her applying for a Cell C number her number was suddenly changed from Vodacom to Cell C - 084 767 8287. She phoned Cell C and complained but still her number is not been changed back to Vodacom. Pleas contact her on 0732747478 and rectify this problem. Thank you
