In February 2013, I logged a case with CellC complaining of high drop calls and lack of connectivity for most of the times. A network template was sent to me to complete. I completed and emailed the same in April. A consultant called and asked me to complete the "traditional switch off and on". Nothing came out of it. I emailed the network template again this July. On July 17, I received an email requesting that I email the network template again. This would be the third time thus I asked them to check the very form I emailed. The CellC network is unavailable inside most buildings and intermittently available between 17h00 and 21h00 at my place of residence. It's shows connectivity yet no calls or data is available.
