I have been extremely frustrated over the last few months. No internet connectivity. Called the CELL C CALL CENTER eventually only to be told the that CELL C's network cannot support the load. Unacceptable!!! CELL C has not informed their clients and have managed this situation poorly. CELL C continues to ADVERTISE it's services which they cannot provide efficiently. The service during evenings are non-existent between hours of 6pm-9pm. This boils down to taking on clients by lying to them. I thought I should let prospective clients aware so the do not make the same mistake I did. I have a cellphone that uses a MTN sim card for data - NO ISSUES AT ALL!! Does cell C realize that people use the internet to actually do work / students use it to study etc and the impact if connectivity is not available? A service is being paid for, which CELL C cannot deliver on. I have even thought contacting the media as I feel cheated!! I wonder what Carte Blanche will think of this!! or FNB etc if published!
