I have business ADSL with Fixed IP addresses, serving a mail server.
Six days offline now!! of Telkom having fixed it, they have never
been near the site, have never phoned, have NOT attended!
It's a business line serving a mail server!!! What now?
Incompetent Call Centre staff assuring me Telkom has fixed it, while it sits broken in front of my eyes, and now they don't know? So do we just leave it broken?
