I have logged a call against Telkom about 6 days ago, only to receive an sms a couple of days ago saying my line has been fixed and to respond if it has not. The line has still not been fixed. We having been phoning Telkom daily but all they can tell us is that they cannot tell us when it will be fixed and that the line is dropping.
I cannot understand how we must pay for a service that we are not receiving. This is a major issue seeing as we run a business from home and cannot afford to have our internet not working.
