Nashua Mobile fordsburg is the worst branch to EVER take a contract out with, I personally use to love the specials Nashua Mobile has so i on average always had about 2 to 3 contracts with them BUT now due to Pathetic service from a Manager in the Fordsburg Branch i will defiantly be taking my Business Else where.. This is now the 2nd Incident where we have been billed for a contract that has been cancelled.. With the First one it took almost 8 months for them to rectify there mistake and now with this one Aadiela doesn't even have the courtesy of returning my emails or even my Calls. my Partner and i are sick and tired of running after her trying to resolve this matter, when it comes to her getting back to me i get absolutely no service. The cancellation was signed on the 14th of December 2012 and I'm still struggling to cancel the contract. The customer service stinks, i would rather pay more elsewhere to have Good customer service.
