CONTINUED DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER A COMPLAINT

I WAS CALLED AND ADVISED THAT CREDITS WOULD BE PASSED INTO MY ACCOUNT. TODAY R518 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BY AUTOPAGE???

CALLED THE STORE AND WAS ADVISED THAT CREDITS WERE PASSED LATE AND THERE WAS STILL A CHARGE BEING TAKEN OFF MY SIM FOR SOME UNKNOWN SITE.

WHY THIS DOESNT TIE UP??? MY PHONE WAS RETURNED DUE TO THE INTERNET NOT WORKING!!! WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY PHONE BACK AFTER ONE MONTH!! I DELIBERATELY DID NOT USE THE INTERNET!!!

WHAT IS R518?? WHAT HAPPENED TO TH CREDITS??? I HAD ENOUGH OF AUTOPAGE!

HOW WILL I BE COMPENSATED?
