The worst service i have ever received

I upgraded to a Straight Up 200 in Feb 2013, the contract was activated on the 16/5/13, even though my contract included 500MB of data i only received 200MB therefore i was over charged for GPRS amounting to R545.50. I went in to Autopage Pavillion and spoke to Riaz who said this will be sorted out, which was because the 300MB of data was activated only on the 31/5/13, BUT between the 16th and 31st of May i was already charged the R545.50 which was already reflecting on my statement for June. Therefore i was wrongfully debited a full amount of R1197.89. I went back to Autopage Pavillion & Shaniel added a comment for the credits control to refund me the R545.50 tax which amounted to R621.87. I received a sms on 4/7/13 that only R226.01 will be refunded, i then called in again & was told that credits only worked out an amount for May, i called credits & Shereen told me that i need to log another request with credits for the balance, spoke to Tersia and she said i will have to wait for the credit to be passed to log another credit. I AM NOT CALLING IN AGAIN TO EXPLAIN ALL THIS AGAIN! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATLY AND THE BALANCE OF 395.86 TO BE REFUNDED! I WANT TO BE CALLED TODAY!
