Incorrect Billing

This has got to be daylight. I took out a contract close to the end of July. There were only 10 days left to the end of July. Not only that, but i could not access the network for about 4 days since they gave me the handset. So i was stuck with a handset that i could neither call nor use. I never received the prorated data and minutes i was told i would receive. My debit order just went off and i have been charged for 2 full months. Someone please explain to me what is going on?
