Terrible reception and internet connectivity

Good day,

I have been a member with Cell C (Autopage Cellular) for almost 12 years now. My father has the account on his name and I have been the user and payer of the account for the last 8 years.

Over the last 2 months the reception and internet connectivity has been horrific. Emails will only send after 3 times, I have to dial at least 3 times to ensure my call goes through. "network is busy" and "call cannot be connected" is an everyday event.

My phone is my business I contact clients, send emails and conduct all my business via my phone, the fact that emails are being returned through poor reception, calls being cut while talking to clients, clients trying to phone and going straight to voice mail is utterly unacceptable.

Fortunately for Cell C I am tied into this contract so I cannot cancel whenever I wish. Everyone knows Cell C's reception is at best average but this is ridiculous. Please do not tell me its where I stay, poor weather etc as I have been where I am staying for 12 years now with no previous problems and regardless of weather the problem remains.

I am one step away from cancelling this contract and paying penalties just to not use Cell C anymore.
