Every evening between 18:00 and 21:00 we cannot connect to the network. We have 5 devices with cell c SIM cards, and not one can access the net or email between these times.
If you call the cell c customer service centre, you get "eish i don't know"... They pretend to not even know about the problem, yet when I googled the issue, I see the Internet is full of people with same issue ALL OVER JOHANNESBURG.
why sell more and more contracts and cheap rates, if you can't even keep up with providing current customers with connectivity?
I suppose there is a reason MTN and Vodacom are more expensive... if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
Ridiculous cell c, I am changing all 5 devices to Vodacom.
