I received, on upgrade, a brand new Huawei Ideos x5 last year around august. when i asked to upgrade the os to 2.3 gingerbread, they said that the moment i upgrade it by myself i lose all warrenty. i then asked them to do it for me then. they said they would get back to me, however to this day, they have not! i am too scared to update it by myself, as i am scared of losing my warrenty. this wait is unacceptable! Vodacom used to be top class, and now i have to go through all this! i have been with vodacom for more than 7 years! i really think i deserve better service! EVERYONE does!
