A COMMUNICATION COMPANY THAT CANT COMMUNICATE?

In the simplest terms, I want to give MTN around R4000.
All they need to do is fill out the paper work and its theirs.

BUT NO.

Sunday
I fill out all the paper work and they take copies of everything. Then i'm asked if i'll still be in the mall in an hour as it might be done that quickly. Someone will phone me on Sunday.

No one calls. I go in on Monday t be told they are waiting on a copy of my ID.
Its already been done AND why did no one call me to tell me they are waiting for this?
I'm told it will be completed and processed on Monday and someone WILL call me on Monday.
No one calls.

I go in on Tuesday to be told they cant verify my landline. They haven't tried calling it?
Again, why did no one call me to let me know there was an issue.
I'm given a number to call once i'm beside the phone and someone will call back. No one calls!

Your a phone company, try calling people to let them know whats happening. It will save me wasting my time standing in your queues.

Also, how can a phone shop not have a contact phone number. Is that not just ridiculous? If you did have a phone, you would not have big queues!

I think i'll just cancel the contract before I get tied into this bunch
