I've been totally disgusted by the service at Vodacom! I recently had an upgrade on my blackberry which I NEVER KNEW ABOUT and only found out because I had insurance providers calling to ask if I want insurance coverage for my "new phone". I had to call and find out that I only had 3 days left to do the upgrade. Anyway, when I went to canal walk I was totally flabergasted at the minimal knowledge and "I couldn't care less" attitude from the consultant. The consultants name is Olivia and when I asked as to why a certain cellphone could be better than the other, I was told "I dunno, it's just better". Eager to get my new phone I trusted this woman who couldn't wait to see me gone and now I'm stuck with a basic phone NOT worth the amount I'm paying from a really provider. I'm switching to cell C and telling all I know to do the same. At least their consultants KNOW what phones they sell and why they're good. So upset with the service.
