I spent 2 hours in the line at mtn canal walk to upgrade my contract. When i got to the counter i was told that the samsung s4 i wanted was not in stock. The consultants took atleast 20-30min per client which is ridiculas! What happened to fast efficiant service? The consultants walked up and down collecting one stapler... Complete time wasting! Im disgusted in the fact that NOBODY could stop and ask why we were standing in the line so that we could be directed or advised where necessary! Is it so hard? Is it even harder to print a sheet on what phones are not it stock? Pathetic! I think i should consider changing my network!
