I battle to understand after on my request on the 22 May 2013, to close my account, I am still being billed. I am STILL receiving invoices. My original ref: 1004411050 was confirmed by Alice that Cancellation would be effected on the 23 May 2013. I still received an account. I made a final payment at the end of june to MTN for the last amounts on the contract. At the end of July I STILL got an account. I called and the ref was: 10231186 I spoke to Mogale. NOW i have ANOTHER invoice and with ARREARS!!
What more is required to tell MTN that i DO NOT REQUIRE your services any longer? Do I do this via my attorney to send a letter to that effect and then send MTN an invoice for the legal costs?
Please PLEASE can you JUST CANCEL my contract!!! If i do a Trans Union check i can guarantee that it will show that I haven't made payemnt to MTN for a few months and THAT, my friends at MTN, is a BIG problem.
SO - if i can make a suggestion please CANCEL my contract and MAKE SURE there is NOTHING reflecting on ANY CREDIT Ref. because i WILL check. If it happens that this is not done I will take this up with legal council.
I closed all of my contracts because MTN battle to do things right.
