I've attempted to purchase a new Vodacom mobile contract online but the Vodacom website has ground to a halt!

I can't think of a more difficult way to fend off a potential customer than make it impossible for him to transact with you.

Pathetic!
I'm not so sure I want to use this (non) service provider anymore.
