I applied for a contract online about a week ago, and I was informed that a call center agent will be in touch with me in the next one or two days. Its been a week now and I haven't received any call whatsoever. I tried applying for the deal again, but it said " You have already requested a deal and a sales consultant will contact you soon ". Yes, as it appears I am still waiting, not so patiently anymore, for their call. I tried going to the vodacom branch nearest to me but the deal I requested is available at the online website only. I am so frustrated because it is end of the month and the deals only stay on the website for a month or so. I have considered switching to cell c because they offered to help me right away. Vodacom could of made some money off of me but by the looks of it I'll be long gone before they even respond to my call.
