I slipped on paying my cell account and paid the full outstanding on the 31st of July 2013. This is for the arrears, stoping of 1 of my contracts and sim swap. Every week I have to call Vodacom to hear when it would be on again and once I have to explain the entire story to the 72 different persons in different departments, they eventually see the problem and promise to have the line activated.
