SHIFTED FROM PILLAR TO POST!

I have been trying for a week to ascertain why I have an arrears amount on my account. Today, I dedicated an entire afternoon to get to the bottom of it. After holding on the line for ages and repeating my story to 3 different people who couldn't help me, I was told that a supervisor would call me back. Obviously nobody did! To top that, they suspend my phone! This is after they told me that the arrears has to be paid by month end - is the 29th the end of the month??? How dare they! Nobody can explain why the arrears amount is there - they just keep repeating that there is an arrears amount on my account... um duh! I'm trying to ascertain WHY but nobody knows - can you believe it? Is there ANYONE there who has a brain???!!!
