I renewed my contract last year got a blackberry 9320.this year march the phone packed up.got a replacement after 2 weeks.in august the replacement phone also packed up.gave mtn ladybrand the phone in september .mtn ladybrand gave me the phone without checking it only to realise that the phone was still faulty.the replacement phone was also not a new phone was a refurbished phone.when i phoned mtn they told me the phone is blacklisted.its surprising because the phone came from them.mtn ladybrand said they not mtn. so why do they have mtn logos if they cannot give full service to a customer.they do not call back their customers.one of their manager even cut my call.i have got 3 contracts with mtn dating from 1993.if my problem is not sorted out i am going to cancel my contracts.
