Phoned the call center to enquire about my wifes account and was told by the above consultant that i must i wont be assisted and must tell my wife to phone back. I requested to speak to the supervisor and Trusty told me that he cant come to the phone as he is busy with the reports. i have been liason with you guys on behalf of my wife with Cell C for the past year without no problem.
The manner in which she told me she cant help makes me wonder if i still need to be a Cell C customer, she doesnt value my business. Shes chicky and also doesnt have any customer services in her. Can a manager contact me so i can be able to discuss my account with as soon as possible
