My Wife have a contract with Cell C for about 4 years now, every month she gets messages she needs to pay her account before the 30th of each month I thought its just a reminder but after every second of the month her phone gets soft blocked so we call Customer Service and they rectify the problem by just apologizing, now what happened we did pay them before the Easter weekend and today the phone is completely blocked, we called customer service and they first said the contract have been canceled, Really who got that power, except my wife? and she did not do this, the phone call was canceled or dropped by customer service so i called back an they now said that the account have been sent to legal department and cant tell me the reason but my wife will not be able to use here phone until the problem have been discussed with the legal department on Tuesday so meaning Cell C just cuts of your phone for no good reason, The Manager that attended to the call asked me to sent trough the payments made from December which i did and she Acknowledge that she did revive the proof of payments but unfortunately she cant help me i need to contact the legal department on Tuesday
