On the 11th of August 2013 my phone was, and on the 28th of August 2013. I was using a blackberry - and got a Samsung S3, Today to my suprise I checked my bill I realised that I was still billed for blackberry services (which i dont have) told me that she doesnt have the time to hold on whilst I was struggling to open my statement on my gmail account. Jeneva even went to an extend of telling me that it doesnt show on my account that I received a new phone from Cell C - (So did i just walk into Cell C, and took a new phone)
I have been a loyal customer for almost 4 years and I always spend a certain amount on my bill and to my suprise i have been paying R500 more, the consultant didnt have the time to explain to me the reasons behind this. Due to the treatment I received i will not be renewing my contract with Cell C.
