I had a contract with mtn which i never missed my payment until they billed me for internet usage of more than R4000.00 which the limit was supposed to kick in as per my affordability with them to make matters worse is that i am being billed for going to the lotto and mtn for 2 days if i'm not mistaken. I logged a complaint on their website they never responded and now they handed me to the attorney . i didnt not have problem paying until them and how can their system not kick in when i reached the the certain amount which im not supposed to go over as per the policy and national credit act
