NON-CONSISTANCY OF SERVICE

AS A HOUSEHOLD OF 2 ADULTS WE HOLD 5 CONTRACTS WITH MTN SP. IN MARCH WE WENT THROUGH THE SAME ISSUE OF MTN REFUSING TO PROCESS AN UPGRADE FROM VOICE TO DATA WHEREBY UPON MANY ARGUMENTS IT WAS PROCESSED AND DONE.

NOW AGAIN 5 MONTHS LATER WE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE OF NOT PROCESSING A DATA TO VOICE UPGRADE. NO WHERE IN MTN SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ADDENDUM TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOES IT STATE THAT MTN CANNOT DO THIS.

"WE ARE NOT IN THE POSITION TO DO THE MIGRATION" BY HAWA RAWAT @ MTN SP.
WHAT AND WHOSE POSITION IS THAT? CANT BE ON MTN SP AS THE SAME TYPE OF UPGRADE WAS DONE IN MARCH???

I WANT THE UPGRADE PROCESSED AND DELIVERY BY TUESDAY 27TH AUGUST 2013 OR I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA, OMBUDSMAN AND LAY A CPA COMPLAINT.
