Terrible service!!!

I have just switched to Vodacom. I have a SMART XL package and 2 of my colleagues both have RED VIP packages.

All of us are having the same problems. 70% of the time I cannot call anyone it just says call ended before it even dials. Nobody can get hold of me as every time they call it goes straight to voice mail!!

Up to 3 days later I will get messages saying "you have missed calls". 3 DAYS!!

I will be on the phone to someone, the call will drop. After that I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING BACK INTO CONTACT WITH THAT PERSON!!! They cannot call me, I cannot call them.

I have been to 3 different branches asking for help. Nobody can help.

I have just been sitting in the room with one of my colleagues, both unable to get hold of anyone. I tried to phone him. "Call ended" before it even dialed. He phoned me. "Voicemail".

MTN is definitely the more successful network for a reason it seems.

Maybe our accounts have been set up wrong or something, please assist.

I will give you my landline number because chances are you wont get hold of me on my Cell.
