Beyond frustrated with Cell C's service!!!

I have spoken to Cell C so many times about the issues that I have had with the network and the lack of service that I can barely keep up!! I have spoken to Mbongeni and still nothing has been resolved! I just spoke to Cell C PMB liberty Midlands Mall branch, and I am apparently still on a waiting list and they do not know how long it will take until the matter is resolved! in the meantime, the first debit order will be taken off my account on the 30th of August; and I am not prepared to pay the full amount of R469 after having my phone for a total of 6 days!! The majority of the amount payable per a month is for an iPhone 5 that I don't have!! I specifically moved to Cell C because of the tempting marketing campaign promising cheaper rates, excellent deals and 97% network coverage - a total sham as far as I am concerned! I live in Morningside, a popular suburb in Durban and I have NO network! so much for 97% network coverage in all major cities and suburbs! All I want is to cancel this contract so that i can actually communicate properly without having to travel around Durban to find sufficient signal!
