I took my blackberry in to Nashua Mobile as it's battery seemed faulty and didn't last longer than about 3 SMS's.
Firstly the store (Norwood) was unable to give me a loan phone so I was left phoneless for two weeks.
I then FINALLY received a message that my phone was back at Norwood.
I went through to fetch it only to find that they had provided me with a new phone (there was nothing wrong with my old one and I had now lost ALL my old data / contacts)
BUT
They'd given me back my old DUD battery.
After two weeks I thus have a new phone (with no data) that switches off if it is not continually plugged into a power source.
I think that the total incompetence of the group is unsurpassable and I challenge anyone to find a company that can beat this stupidity.
