Incompetence & misleading info for iPhone 5 deal!

Head office informed me they had stock of the iPhone 5 with the new deal advertised, and told me to go to nearest branch to re new the contract and get the phone. The nearest branch was at Norwood shopping centre. I did all paper work and then they told me that it would take about 2 days to get stock. Two days later I went back and they informed me that as we were porting the number to another network-still with Nashua Mobile, that we would have to wait another week. The assistant even checked for colour availability. A week later and still no iPhone 5, now I am told that there is a waiting period for up to a month. I am disappointed with Nashua Mobile's incompetence and their staff that mislead clientele.
