Bad data signal peak times

Data signal for internet connectivity is generally okay during off-peak times, but absolutely pathetic to say the least during peak times. This is a daily problem and most annoying as it affects productivity. Our work relies on this internet connectivity and this issue must be sorted with immediate effect as the service is not free or cheap!!!
