BONITAS QUERY SYSTEM - THE WORST

I have informed Bonitas on various occasions that their Query System. Basically you send them an email with your query and you get an autoresponse that gives you a reference number. There is no evidence of what the query relates to from their response. This means that if more than one query is sent the references you receive do not indicate which query it refers to. Be that as it may, Bonitas in its wisdom deals with the query and closes it without any feedback. There is a plce to monior queries on their website but it just gives you the reference number and a brief description such as email or processed claims and indicates whether it is open or closed. There is a total lack of information as one cannot even open the query and see what was done. I recently had post operative physiotherapy and opted to pay cash as it was cheaper and would claim from Bonitas. I sent the claim through and they rejected it immediately as the ICD10 code was absent. I resent the claim with the ICD10 code several times for th past 3 days without a response from BONITAS. I will continue to send it until I get a response - NOT and automated response. BONITAS
