Misleading response. 75mb not provisioned in Jan. I don;t want credit I want 75mb x5mnths loaded

I upgraded my contract in Jul to a Sumsang S3 which was on TopUp 200, 75mg p/m
From Aug I've been, calling & logging queries on MTN Active but this hasn't been corrected
Every time I log a query on MTN Active, this is closed within a day & d response is that I must check after 24 hrs or it has been forwarded to another dept.
This is now the 7th month, & I am beginning to feel that the package never existed in the 1st place & this was misadvertising!!!
I am unable to fully use the S3 'cause of the data charges associated with it -though I m paying every month.
