This would be my second complaint in a week, with no help so far, Cell c did phone me once after my first complaint to say they will find out what's going on... it's been a week, and nothing yet! I have tried speaking to someone in head office, but that is difficult, as they do not get back to you, and they refuse to let you speak to the same person twice, so you have to explain your story 10 million times!!! Get your act together and give the money that you (I'm saying, cause it doesn't look like you have any intention on giving it back) from me back!!!
