I recieved a call from Cell C head office and spoke to a lady called Funiwe. Trying to resolve my previous complaint. During this call she mentioned I can take the phone back in where I got it (Cell C Sandton City), drop it off and I will not be charged extra. I told her that I needed a letter because the people in store versus head office always have different views about how to handle situations.
Two days later I still don't have this letter. I am really getting beyond impatient with Cell C refusing to keep their promise. I need someone to do something right for a change so I can leave Cell C for good.
Can Cell C please start keeping their promises!?!?!?
