I sent an e-mail to Melanie Mouers - Sent an e-mail on the 14th of January, regarding the migration Quotation!! It is now the 24th January 2013 and still no feedback received! If VODACOM has a 72 hour response time, why is it taking so long, is Vodacom short-staffed or something??? REPLY VIA E-MAIL ONLY, NO TIME TO SIT ON THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE!
