I was treated unfairly by Vodacom and I lodged a complaint to the NCC in writing via e-mail to [Email Removed]
To date I have not received feedback, I called their offices to enquire what is going on the consultant just told me to be patient and wait until they reply. In the interim, I still have Vodacom to contend with and no one acting on my behalf!!!
My complaint was initially sent through on the 9th Jan 2013 and again on the 14th Jan 2013 and once again on the 22nd Jan 2013, and most recently on 5th March 2013, yet to date I have received no response.
My matter is very urgent... Is this service from the NCC acceptable???
