We received a huge account from MTN stating that my husband who never downloads, downloaded R2000 worth of data. I contacted them requesting a print out of the site and content which he downloaded and i am still waiting. I have contacted Client Services (which i am happy with) and have received Ref numbers. They have also notified the billing department which was supposed to contact me urgently. But i am still waiting they have already taken the money but have not contacted me back with the information i requested. I am very disappointed with this as we have been a client with them for more than 10 years. I have looked at my bill now and would like to know when did i download 680mb of data on my phone. But this will also not be rectified as they never phone you back.
