More than 2 months later and nearly phoning every day, I still received no feedback from CellC as to when they will fix the network coverage problem in my area. Hence I sit with 3 contracts, and no reception whatsoever. My accounts keep on being debited, yet I cannot use my cell phone nor my data stick. No compensation has been offered by CellC nor can they give me an answer on when the network coverage problem will be fixed. All the consultants every day say they are emailing the network department, yet no one ever contacts me. So now after two months I am really getting fed up and I will cancel my contracts.
