So i applied online via the vodacom website on the 12/08 someone eventualy calls me back 20th - should have known what i was in for by then... anyhow today i call to track delivery of a device i was advised will be in Cape Town today on the 0821945 number. They tell me the item is between Midrand and Isando, evetually Ester speaks to her supervisor Jacky and advise the item will be delivered tomorrow... its 15h00 now so i really dont expect this to happen. BTW if a client asks to speak to a supervisor you dont put them on hold in silence for 5 minutes and say you spoke to the Supervisor, so lets see how long this takes to get resolved... its only been a almost 2 weeks...
