NON COMPLAINT SERVICE OF ACCS DEPT

I do not receive statements for my cell phone acc from 8ta/Telkom for months now. I have taken it up with the branch in my area, my email address has been changed, but still!!! No account, no notification to what the amount is to pay, nevertheless the next thing that happens, is that my phone gets disconnected. Then I have to phone, ask for my amount, go to the bank & pay, email the receipt and wait 5 - 10 working days!!! (yes) for my phone to be reconnected. Same story this month, I paid on Monday, emailed it through on Tuesday, followed up on Wednesday (please also note that the email address given by the Telkom employee was incorrect), remailed it again on Wednesday, now followed up again, just to hear that my phone number does not exists anymore. My number has been terminated!!! but they will only now log a case and then it will be reconnected within 72 hours!!! this is totally unacceptable. Please help :(
