Harassment and inaccurate information

I have a outstanding account with Telkom which I've been paying every month. They switch from VVM to Creditworx. They phoned me on Saturday and I asked for my statement as they claimed I owe R13 000 which was insane. My outstanding amount is about R6000. So they said they will send it to me. An hour later they phoned to my fiance's number and he also asked for the statements. On there we did see they don't even have the payments I made and also that they charge R20 per call. There was no reason to phone on Saturday for a second time. My fiance also asked them to phone back on Wednesday in order to find out what is going on with the bill as CreditWorx said we have to sort it out on Telkom's side. 9 am today they phoned me again. This after we asked them to phone back on Wednesday. I have emailed them a warning letter stating this is harassment and I will open a case at the police. I also emailed them as well as Telkom Accounts to clarify on the account and I'm also sending that email to the NCA. This is pathetic and this company is useless in handling anything.
