Good day. We complained about very bad signal at our farm, so bad that we can not receive any emails. So Vodacom's Lebo from Ermelo brought us a Vodacom booster. But the problem is, we don't have a signal that can be boosted by the booster, we don't have any, any difference with or without the booster. Our problem is we don't know where to put the booster, we tried but have not find the right spot. We asked for a instrument to test for the best signal strength or some one to assist us I tried to phone Lebo but his phone is off. I need to communicate a lot via email as I am the head of safety for TAU SA farm community, I am not able to do that as I have to travel to do my emails, then I can not be on the farm, as we are now in a field fire red zone at this stage.
Your response is urgent please. Alan phoned us on our first complained but he didn't follow it up!
