I live alone on a farm in the Bothaville district. I have 4 contracts with Vodacom and spend almost R4000 a month on my contracts. I do not have signal, so I can't receive or make any calls, sms's, nothing!!! As I said I am a woman and I live alone on the farm during the week. On the 19th of Feb I complained about the poor (non existing) signal to Vodacom, ref nr S3-SH820-OIWET, they promised me a cell extender (signal booster) will be installed, I gave my GPS coordinates and waited, nothing happened. On the 12 April I complained again, issued with a new ref nr S3-TNC3P-PWP41, again promises, nothing happened. On the 24th of April I posted a post on Vodacoms facebook wall, within minutes they commented and made some promises, according to them a cell extender will be installed during the month of May, again nothing happened. On the 4th of June I again complained on Vodacoms facebook wall, they assured me that a cell extender will be installed, but now they were out of stock, again I was issued with a new ref nr 0004-4SEY> Reference numbers are not enough!!! I need the signal booster!!! I am tired of empty promises, I need something to be done!
