Poor service delivery from Autopage - AGAIN

I got my upgraded iPhone 5 on the 10th of April 2013 delivered to my home through Autopage. On the 26th April I had to do a sim swop and use my old iPhone again, the new one's screen died that morning. We took it to the Irene branch and they said they would send it to head office. I am currently still using my old iPhone as I have not received any replacements or news since. We phoned the help line and the automated service provider said the phoned had been dispatched. The call went through to an operator and no one could track down the phone. The On the 30th July I sent an email to ask for progress and their reply was that they (Irene) have forwarded the relevant info to head office and are waiting for their response, they will continue to try. I have still not heard from them. The service provided by the Irene branch is unfriendly and rude. The lady working there is making as if it is not her problem.
