Incorrect Contract & Billed, Not Resolved

I emailed on 29 JUNE 13, Received an automated response stating they would respond within 24 to 72 hours. I again emailed on 12 JULY 13 and finally phoned. A lady said I was in a queue and they had to listen to my original call where I applied for my contract and that I'd be REFUNDED what was wrongfully billed. I finally wrote a Report on 06 AUGUST 13. Ruth got hold of me 6 days after the report was written even though it was meant to be within 24-48hrs. This is now -5 months after signing up. She assured me she would change the contract to top-up and once that was done she promised to follow up, deal with the bills that Cell C had wrongfully sent, charging me for a POST-PAID. I kicked up a fuss, knowing they would not get back to me about the billing and true as Bob, they haven't. On top of that, phone calls are still not able to get through to my phone AND the data issue has not yet resolved, it is perhaps even worsened. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? I will not stop until they refund the money they incorrectly billed me and fix the phone calls and data problem. Why is Cell C not helping their clients? Is the phrase "Cell C, For Yourself" meant to be taken literally?
