Ordered a upgrade handset from them on an existing contract, after they persuded me, received the unit and discovered it was faulty tried calling them all weekend only to find out they don't work weekends, send a email [Email Removed] to date had no feed back regarding their plan of action to sort out my problem. I am disgusted with the way they do business and even more so with no after sales service.
Really disappointed customer and I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!! deal with them again.
