Poor signal and 3G coverage although the MTN map s

I have called the MTN coverage line a few times without success the past year. Only got reference numbers.

I dont have proper voice or data coverage at my home in Secunda. The MTN data map shows that I should have 3G, but I dont even get proper GPRS OR GSM.
