I went to the Centurion mall Cell C at the bottom to enquire if I am due for an upgrade. Onele assisted me. Not only did she inform me that I am due for an upgrade, she went the extra mile of asking me what phone am i interested in upgrading. She gave me more information and the differences. I felt stupid asking small questions but with a smile on her face she assisted. Such service and friendlyness is very hard to find nowdays. The sales people are always in a hurry to assist clients. But Onele was different. She was super awesome. Going forward I will deal with her in future and will recommend most of colleagues of her service. Job well done ONELE.
