I got an new contract from them on the 31st of December, the Sim was faulty and after trying to resolve this for a couple of days (they could not do a Sim swop because the debit order did not go off - but they could provide me with a faulty Sim from the beginning), I returned the phone etc and started the process to cancel the contract (all within 7days) due to bad service. I got a call from Angus stating that the contract has been cancelled (some check was approved) and the process will be completed in 48 hrs. In a couple of days time I haven't received any physical proof that the contract has been cancelled and a bill stating I must pay the account, I called Angus again and he told me the SMS will come soon. I called yet again after a couple of days and Angus took my details and was told he will contact me. I am still awaiting his call and there is no answer when I phone. Utter bad service.
